2-3 Garlic Clove sliced thin
1 bag Pappardelle No. 1-35
Parmesan Reggiano Cheese Grater (Small) - to taste

    Prepping the Sauce

    Thinly slice garlic and sauté on a low flame, in extra virgin olive oil, until the garlic is golden in color.

    Masking the sauce

    Next add the Afeltra brand Pomodorini (cherry tomatoes), dried basil and red pepper flake and mash each one down with your wooden spoon. With the same low flame, simmer everything together until the pasta is cooked and ready to serve.

    Boiling the Pasta

    Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Add the Pappardelle No. 1-35 pasta to the pot and allow to boil until soft. Drain and place that fully cooked pasta in with the sauce.

    Adding the Parmesan Reggiano

    Garnish with a light dusting of Parmesan Reggiano grated cheese.
